Ordering & Deliveries
How long does delivery take?
- Perth Metro: Next working day for orders placed before 2:30pm, Monday–Friday.
- Outer Metro Areas: Delivered on scheduled days each week (ask us for your suburb’s delivery day).
- Regional WA: We don’t deliver directly, but we’ll drop your order free of charge to your Perth freight forwarder.
Do you offer free delivery?
Yes — Perth metro delivery is free on orders over $50.

What are delivery charges for orders under $50?
We charge a flat delivery fee of $5.50 for Perth metro orders under $50.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes. Collect from our Gnangara warehouse. Please allow around 2 hours for us to prepare your order.
Can I send an Uber or courier to collect my order?
Yes. Just let us know when ordering and we’ll confirm when it’s ready. (Ride-share drivers like Uber usually only take one carton, so best for small orders.)
Returns & Product Guarantees
What is Ward Packaging’s return policy?
We accept returns of unopened goods in saleable condition within 14 days of delivery, subject to a restocking fee.
What if my order arrives damaged or items are missing?
If something isn’t right, please contact us within 48–72 hours of delivery and we’ll arrange a replacement or credit.
Accounts & Payments
How do I create an account?
Head to Sign Up and choose either:
- 14-day credit account (subject to approval), or
- Pay-as-you-go account (card or EFT).
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and EFT. No surcharges apply.

Do you offer eco-friendly or compostable packaging?
Yes. We stock a wide range of eco-friendly packaging in Perth, including compostable cups, biodegradable bags, and sustainable food packaging solutions.

We’re a wholesale packaging supplier in WA, so we can often source non-stocked items or order in bulk quantities. Just get in touch with our team to discuss your requirements.
